One of my 2 favorite chefs
I consume top ramen:(
In around 1999 I bought a Ming Tsai Ceramic knife and it was one of the best knives I have ever owned! Well, I must have accidentally thrown it out when cleaning up my "cooking mess" recently..I ever went thru the garbage :( Does anyone know if this knife is still available??
so ill thank you
I remember waking up as a kid watching your shows on tv in the morning! 30 years later I’m still watching this chef do magic! Love your shows! Thank you chef for inspiring me to become the cook who I am today!🙌🏾❤️🙏🏾
I wonder where he gets his knives!
The most winning chef ever, on Iron Chef, on Food Network, Masaharu Morimoto. Thank you Mr. Ming❤
Love Ming big time. East meets west!! Only critique. Metal utensil on a cast iron... sorry for even saying it I guess. Still an absolute legend!
I've always thought she was just awesome.
Thank you for this reminder. Excellent tutorial.
Peace and good eating
Thank you Ming tsai I just made the best tasting rice ever from following your instructions it's always a pleasure
Address plz
You definitely should learn how to make Iranian rice tahdeeg with saffron.
Chefs as comedians. I loved the analogy of saffron and kissing.
Best chef in the world 😊
No chorizo on a real paella
It blows my mind that I was a huge fan of ming. Until I became a chef.
Like so many other commentors, I too became a big Ming fan after seeing him on PBS. Jacques, Julia, Yan, Ming...the list goes on. I love cooking because of these master chefs.
Everything looks delicious. Brilliant chefs
Adress pls
Can you export to india
Excellent, excellent episode! You really can’t go wrong with good ole country rustic comfort meals! Very easy to make if I say so myself! Carla and Ming - heck yeah!
Pepin would not be happy
I saw this on television with my grandmother, and ive always done it this way. It always tastes perfect.
Ming has been one of my favorite chefs for so many years. Thanks for the steaming video!!
Can you steam a steak as long as there's a liner?
Really into your videos and are teaching me a lot❤
I used to watch your show on PBS religiously when I was a kid. Never missed an episode whenever it aired. It was your show Simply Ming, Yan Can Cook, Jacques Pepin, Julia Child and America's Test Kitchen. Good times. I missed my childhood. Now I'm rewatching those old shows again lol.
Where are all the spices?
Fry bread was in this country before anybody else other than the Native Americans were living here. It wasn't brought over from another country. They can be sweet with powdered sugar on top, topped to be like a pizza, etc. Make it into anything.
I like Ming but Uncle Roger would have a fit over not using leftover rice
I’m going to try this recipe tomorrow! 😊
I love my bamboo steamer! ❤
I LOVE CHEF SIMPLY MING!! Been watching him on TV since I was young. Such a humble person. I followed the recipe and it’s always turned out PEREFCT !!
❤❤ a fabulous video straight forward and simple to follow ❤❤❤ I can't wait to make these with my son❤😂🎉❤🎉 We normally have to wait to go on base to the commissary to get fresh ones. ❤❤❤ But now we can make them at home
Hiroshima's theme at end of show?? 0:55

Why are there cancer warnings on bamboo steamers? That is not very healthy.
One of my earliest reasons to love Asian food!
Eating vegan won't shrink your gut.
Ming should lay off the alcoholic sauce
He's gone and restaurant out of biz. I think cause he drinks way too much.
Salt will make anything taste better.
